RATES & RESERVATIONS

Current Rates, with 4-person occupancy (tax not included):
Reservations are required during Peak Season (March 1 – October 31). A credit card will be needed to secure a site. Cancellations may be made before your reservation date without charge. If you make a reservation and do not arrive for your reservation, your credit card will still be charged.

Full Hook-Up (Water, electricity, sewer) 30 & 50 amp pull up available	$57.00+tax
Water & Electric (RVs and tents - back-in only, limited spaces)	$51.00+tax
Primitive Tent	$28.00+tax

• Weekly rate is $342+tax for full hook-up 
• Monthly Rate is $575+tax and available off season only (November 1- March 31).
• Extra people are $5/night for adults (18 and over) and $2/night for children (2-17).
• 10% discount for Nightly Rate only: Good Sam Club, Family Motor Coach, and Military.

Pets are allowed in your own RV or tent without charge. No tie outs please. 

Memphis, Tennessee tax rate is 9.75% plus 5% tourism tax.
