Holiday festivities begin on Thursday, November 20, as part of Graceland’s Holiday Lighting Weekend!
The weekend kicks off with the annual Holiday Lighting Ceremony on Thursday November 20, at 6:00 pm and will feature players from the University of Memphis Football Team - Brendon Lewis, Chris Adams, Greg Desrosiers, William Whitlow, Arrington Maiden, and AJ Hill - plus the U of M Spirit Squad and Pouncer, who will “flip the switch” to light Elvis’ iconic Graceland Mansion for the holiday season.
The public is invited be part of the festivities on the Graceland Plaza Green as Elvis' holiday lights and decorations - including hundreds of blue Christmas lights, the life-size nativity scene, and Santa and sleigh decorations - come to life.
For those who can't be in Memphis, the ceremony will stream live on the Graceland Vimeo channel.
Following the ceremony, festivities continue with Santa photos and kids' crafts inside the Enesco Gift Shop and Gallery, which houses the world’s largest display of Department 56 Snow Villages - as well as an ornament giveaway (while supplies last).
Parking is free for the ceremony at Graceland main parking. Come be part of this holiday tradition!
