Mr. Ademola Olwoyeye is the Managing Partner of Graceland Chamber He has over 34 years of vast experience in Legal Practice. His passion for the Law is undeniable; he graduated from the University of Nigeria Nsuka in 1978 and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1979 and eventually earned his LLM in 1984 from the University of Lagos. He started his career as a State Counsel after his NYSC at the Ministry of Justice Akure, Ondo State from 1980 - 1981. Then moved to Wema Bank as a legal officer in 1981 and later that year in a bid to satisfy is yearn for pure advocacy, he became a junior lawyer at Tokunbo Orimobi & Co, where he rose gracefully pursuing various aspects of law; civil, criminal, banking, contract, employment, corporate, commercial, property and intellectual Property. His passion for the law was evident that he worked with little supervision. Mr. Olowoyeye moved from Tokunbo Orimobi to set up his own firm in 1985 and has continued for over 28years in passionate pursuit of Justice through the various Courts as an advocate, championing the course of Justice. He served as a Special Assistant to the Honourable Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice of Lagos from 1994 to 1996. He is a member of Business Recovery and Insolvency Practitioners Association of Nigeria (BRIPAN) and Institute of Chartered Arbitrators of Nigeria.
Miss Yetunde Olowoyeye graduated from Igbinedion University Okada in 2007 and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2008. She has been actively involved in Company Secretarial Services, Corporate Governance, Risk management and Compliance for over 4 years. She completed her Nigeria Youth Corps Service in Enugu Government House in 2008. She obtained an LLM in Corporate and Commercial Law from the University of Dundee Scotland United Kingdom in 2012, interned at Hudson Clean Energy Partners, a Private Equity firm as a Trainee Assistant Company Secretary and is company secretary and risk analyst at J Mannix Consulting Limited. She is a member of the Financial Services Lawyers Association (UK) and the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators UK (ICSA) where she is currently training towards becoming a Chartered Secretary. She loves country music and would most likely spend her free time catching up on TV Shows.
Born on the 20th of July 1978, a native of Ayedun town in Oke Ero LGA of Kwara State. Attended Obele Primary School, Surulere (1984 – 1990). Akintan Grammar School, Surulere (1991 – 1996). In 2003, he gained admission into the Lagos State Polytechnic, Isolo Campus to study Accountancy but had to abandon the programme when he gained admission to study law at the Prestigious University of Ilorin, Ilorin, Kwara State where he badged his first degree in Law (LLB) in 2012. He was called to the Bar in 2015. KAYODE also had considerable wealth of working experience as an Estate consultant with Felix Oyians Nigeria Enterprise, CBT Technology as a Record and document specialist, Ken Harrison International Associates as a Records and Document consultant. He started his Legal experience with the law firm of Messrs Leke Oladeji & Co. before joining Graceland Chamber in 2016. He has a flair for advocacy and hopes to harness his skills to become a Senior Advocate of Nigeria some day.
Erezi studied Law at the prestigious University of Benin, where she graduated from in 2010. She proceeded to the Nigerian Law School, Enugu Campus, and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2012. Whilst undergoing the National Youths Service Corps Scheme, she served as a Pupil State Counsel in the Ministry of Justice, Taraba State. She commenced her LLM Programme in Property and Commercial Law at the University of Nigeria in 2014, and began private practice at Odesanya & Co. in 2015. So far, she has gained experience in a wide range of areas of Law, including Compliance, Property and Commercial Law, Labour, as well as Family Law. Erezi loves to read.
